Another Great Day!

Chase is up to 7 lbs 4 oz and still growing! He's going to outgrow his little preemie outfits before too long. But good thing is he goes through so many outfits a day that he gets to wear them all multiple times. He only threw-up once today. I wasn't as prepared this time so it got all over me. I didn't even mind. Strangely enough, each time he pees or pukes on me, I love him that much more. He melted my heart again today when he was laying in his crib, crying so hard his face was bright red, and when I picked him up and held him, he immediately stopped. I thought, "so this is what it's like to be a mom".
He did pretty well with his bottle today, and each day he gets a bit better with breastfeeding. He bottle fed this morning with OT, and Chris bottle fed him tonight. We're still waiting to hear what the plan is with the feedings and with discharge. But with each passing day, we're that much closer to having Chase home.
