Chase is doing great today! His pain has been well controlled and he's only needed Tylenol once today. His five little incisions look great. He's tolerating the tube feeds, and tomorrow we'll try to give him the bottle again. He was all about his binkie today, and was very awake and alert most of the afternoon. Chris and I learned a little about the g-tube and how to hook up the feeds. It's a piece of cake compared to the trach care.
But as for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more. Psalm 71:14

Dear Katie & Chris, Your little guy is so cute and strong. You can see in his eyes how determined he is to get better and go home with you. You are giving him exactly what he needs...the best medical care and your love. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Melissa Calvaruso (Asahl)
